Beginner training plan
Your first trainingI plan on learning more about you and what you feel your strength and weakness are. I will have drills on the spot that I think would help. (No matter the age group).
Training 2-3Lessons 2-3 will be focusing on spot up shooting drills and off the dribble movements.
Training 4-10Lesson 4-10 will be a combination of shooting and dribbling drills. Putting both together. As well as passing and relocating for jumpshots.
Advanced training plan
Your first training1 and 2 hand ball handling drills. (Half-Full Court).
Training 2-3Finishing through contact, footwork drills. (Playing off 2 with contact, euro step, pivot work each side).
Training 4-10Ball screen read and reacts. Different shots out of the ball screens. Floaters pull up jump shots as well as passing out of the ball screen and reading defenders.
Training 11+Basketball shooting gun work (If gym accessible). If not I will be rebounding.
