Your first lessonThe basics of long strides, easy stock handling, and correct form.
Lesson 2-3Put it in motion and see how he or she reacts to doing the fundamentals while moving.
Lesson 4-10Incorporate more advanced movements followed by the basic movements.
Lesson 11+Put the techniques together and increase the intensity of the speed and work on different drills to diversify skill set.
Youth players
