Your first lessonTeach the rules of the game and start from the fundamentals to learn how to play with the Basic
Lesson 2-3Padel skill and positioning ( go with the flow according to the players ) which area they need to improve.
Lesson 4-10Padel control means shorts control Strategy , Movement and short selection.
Lesson 11+Work with there abilities of the players to improve there game which area they need to improve more .
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFocus on establishing a solid foundation while ensuring the student leaves feeling successful and excited
Lesson 2-3Expectations: The student will shift from static hitting to hitting while moving.
Lesson 4-10Developing the "player" mindset and building physical conditioning
Lesson 11+For the "Lessons 11+" section of an advanced training plan, the focus should shift from foundational skills and conditioning to competitive application and strategic mastery.
NOTE : Please be advised that the training progression outlined above is flexible. Each lesson plan is tailored to the individual player, as development depends on personal learning abilities and the specific pace of improvement.
