Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor your first lesson I will teach you the rules of the game, positions on the court, and some beginner drills. We will practice what you learn on the court.
Lesson 2-3For your second lesson we will practice several drills and serving. I will help with ball control and hitting more strategic shots. On your third lesson we will continue practicing drills and play some games to get the feel of the flow of a game.
Lesson 4-10For your fourth lesson, we will continue practicing drills, dinking strategies, 3rd shot drops and work on better ball control with the paddle. We will play a game towards the end of the lesson.
Lesson 11+For all lessons after 10 we will continue with drills, work on more powerful serving, long drives, and play games to work on better ball control and strategic placement of the ball during games. We will continue to fine tune everything you have learned.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI will teach you some drills for better ball control, power, dinking strategies and defense at the kitchen. We will practice these drills on the court.
Lesson 2-3We will continue with more advanced drills and play some games using what you learned and practiced.
