Beginner training plan
Your first trainingI do a first lesson by doing basic training drills to get an idea of where the players level is at. I also time their 40 yard dash because I like to have a base level of speed.
Training 2-3Heavy intensity of training trying to give them new techniques to improve their game.
Training 4-10Continuing to progress training sessions based on skill level.
Training 11+By lesson 10 I reassess to see how far we’ve improved and I go from there to schedule more sessions.
Advanced training plan
