Training 2-3Session 2–3 – Dribbling, Turns & Passing
Objective: Improve dribbling under control while learning accurate passing.
0–10 min: Ball Mastery

* Inside/outside touches
10–20 min: Cone Dribbling
* Inside cuts
* Outside cuts
* Pull-back turns
* Cruyff turns
20–35 min: Passing Circuit
* One-touch passing

35–50 min: Pass, Move & Beat the Defender
* Pass to coach

50–60 min: Passing Accuracy Challenge

Coaching Points
* Use the inside of the foot to pass.
* Keep the ball close while dribbling.
* Change speed after every turn.

Training 4-10Sessions 4–10 – First Touch, Shooting, Defending & Game Skills
Objective: Develop complete technical skills through game-like situations.

40–50 min: Passing Combination

50–60 min: Game Challenge
