Lesson 4-10Review at-home progress, reinforce proper mechanics, and introduce new skills that advance game play. Use video analysis when necessary.
Lesson 11+Expand skills based on your progress with position-specific techniques, new pitches, hitting approaches, defensive situations, game strategy, and overall strength and conditioning.
Youth players
Working with kidsI focus on fundamentals. This helps prevent injuries and gives more opportunity for strength and other skill development as they grow. There is a lot to learn in fundamentals, and they are always good to practice at every age.
Working with teenagersAfter fundamentals are solid, I focus on power in hitting, fielding precision in different situations, and pitching power, mixing pitches, and accuracy.
