I am an Exercise Science and Nutrition professional with a master's degree from The University of Tampa and a bachelor's in Sports Science. My background combines strength and conditioning, athlete development, fitness coaching, soccer coaching, and sports-program operations. As an Athlete, I have competed in NCAA D2 and USL League Two, developed at the SL Benfica Youth Academy. I am a native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English and Spanish, also holding a Soccer Coaching Certificate Grade I.
