Hey, I go by Mo for short, and I'm excited to be your boxing coach. My goal is to help you build confidence, improve your skills, and get in great shape while learning the fundamentals of boxing. I believe in hard work, respect, and having a positive attitude. Whether you're a beginner or have experience, I'll help you reach your goals and become the best version of yourself.

You can be soft AND hard. 5 years of boxing training in several local boxing gyms, including sparring experience. I specialize in working with women of all ages who want to learn fundamental, intermediate, or advanced boxing skills — without feeling intimidated, talked down to, or given watered-down technique. I've taught both large group classes and one-on-one. My approach is energetic and positive. Expect to be challenged, supported, and to leave every session stronger.

With over two decades on the diamond, I’m now taking my skills and playing experience transitioning into being a full time coach to pass down my knowledge and success to young baseball athletes in getting to the next level I enjoy coaching because I love the game. Teaching and sharing my knowledge, experience, and skills with amazing athletes ready to take their potential to the next level. I hope to not only enable them to succeed on the playing field but in the classroom, and in life beyond baseball as well I blend fundamental skills with tailored strategies for impactful growth. My passion is helping players achieve their full potential, one pitch at a time.

I have had nine years with college coaching experience specifically focused on hitting. I understand that each hitter is different and it is my job to work with those actions. I am not a 'cookie-cutter' hitting coach. Each hitter has their own actions that I am just trying to elevate to the next level. I can provide information on the college level and what you need to do to be seen.

For the past 7 years, I've guided aspiring athletes to unlock their full potential on and off the field. I specialize in fostering both fundamental skills and strategic thinking, all while keeping training engaging and enjoyable. I have taught Guitar and Bass to a roster of 16 students. I prefer to work with ages 10 and up. I teach students how to read very basic music and then move onto the style of guitar they would like to learn. Highly focused on technique, rhythm, and practice. Specialize in Rock, Blues, Country, Soul, Classical, and Latin music. I have been a professional musician most of my life playing small and large venues. I have a large number of requests to teach people music when they see me play live.

Hey there! I’m a multi-instrumentalist who produces, mixes and masters, both my own music and for clients. It’s such a great feeling to be able to take your art/ideas/dreams to the final goal. I produce all genres, specializing in Ableton. Music production is quite easy, there’s just sooooo many little details that we need to be made aware of.
