With 18 years immersed in volleyball and 9 years of coaching experience between private & semi-private lessons, recreational and Club volleyball, I look forward to helping all levels reach their potential and personal goals! I offer private volleyball lessons for beginner to intermediate athletes who want to build strong fundamentals, improve confidence, and elevate their overall game. While I specialize in setting and libero training, I coach all positions and tailor each session to the athlete’s individual needs and goals. My training approach combines technical skill development, game awareness, and agility, strength, and conditioning to help players become well-rounded and game-ready. I use a wide range of professional training equipment—including targets, passing trainers, setter and hitter tools, and portable pop-up nets—to create engaging, effective sessions whether we’re in a gym or training on the go. I offer one-on-one and small group lessons, allowing for focused instruction and personalized feedback. My goal is to help athletes grow not just as volleyball players, but as confident competitors who understand the game and enjoy the process of improving.
"Private lessons with Coach AJ have helped me improve so much. Every session is challenging, but she always makes me feel confident and supported. I've become a stronger, more consistent player as a Middle blocker and have learned skills that I use in every game. I always leave lessons feeling more motivated, and I would definitely recommend Coach AJ to anyone looking to improve their volleyball skills.

I have been playing golf all my life, beginning with the First Tee program, which taught me that golf is more than a sport—it's a way to carry yourself, conduct business, and much more. The program instilled values such as courtesy, respect, integrity, sportsmanship, honesty, and confidence, which I live by and which have helped me throughout my golfing journey. I have competed at many levels, including SCPGA, AJGA, mini tours like the Pepsi Tour, and college golf, experiencing the game in various settings. Golf has taken me all over, and I love helping others discover and enjoy the sport.
"I thought golf would be boring at first ,but Deonte finds a way to make it enjoyable every time with visible progress

I look forward to the opportunity to help you achieve your golf goals!
" Ina was terrific for me. Before Ina my handicap was 30 plus or minus 5. After a couple of lessons, and a few weeks of playing and adhering to Ina’s easily applied weight distribution and maintaining spine position, I am happy to say golf is much more enjoyable. My handicap dropped to 20 plus or minus 5 now. I shot an 86 last week on a par 72 course which is my career best. Before Ina when topping or chunking shots I had no idea what I did wrong. Now when I occasionally chunk a shot I know why it occurred. It is easily corrected by reverting back to what Ina taught in those two lessons. Now my goal is to shoot for a 10-15 handicap. I can’t believe how much she has made this game so much more enjoyable. Don’t get me wrong I still get frustrated at times - but I am much more consistent and playing better than ever before. Next up will be a couple of lessons on chipping where my game is the most inconsistent at present. No matter what your level is I strongly recommend Ina for anybody desiring improvement and finishing a round with much more satisfaction.

I’m a proud graduate of the Campbell University PGA Golf Management (PGM) program, class of 2012, and have been passionate about teaching golf since my high school days, when I started helping my coach run junior camps. I was fortunate to serve as captain of my varsity golf team all four years and earned All-State and All-Section honors as a junior and senior. Golf has always been a big part of my life, but nothing means more to me than family. I’m a down to earth family man, happily married to my amazing wife of 10 years. We’re raising two wonderful kids, a fun-loving 4-year-old son and a sweet 9-month-old daughter along with our energetic chocolate lab.

I came from a sports and athletic background. I played football, basketball, and baseball as a kid. I also played college tennis and college basketball. 5 years ago, I picked up pickleball paddle, and everything changed. I played in my first senior pro event after only playing for 6 months. I love pickleball and the pickleball community. I have now won cover 30 tournaments from 4.0 to 4.5 to 5.0. I have also achieved silver and bronze on several other tournaments. I get as much satisfaction teaching and helping people get better as I do winning gold in tournaments. I am the head pickleball pro at AAG in Mesa, Arizona. I have been teaching pickleball for the last 3 years. I have taught clinics, private lessons, youth leagues, and private groups. I look for specific things to help clients improve on, depending on your level and tendencies.
