With 10+ years of teaching and 20+ years of personal practice, I specialize in helping beginners, older adults, people returning to movement after injury or illness, and anyone seeking over all wellness. My style is encouraging and lighthearted, creating a space where you can feel supported. Trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Restorative yoga, Breathwork and Sound Healing, I personalize each session to your goals and my intention is for you to leave feeling strong and more connected to your body.

Holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and brings more than 20 years of STEM industry experience.

I have experience teaching high school and college mathematics, as well as CAD and programming. My teaching style is hands-on and practical, focusing on clear explanations and real-world applications. I’ve worked with students ranging from beginners to advanced learners, including engineering and design students, and I adapt my approach to match each student’s level and goals.

I currently tutor Mathematics, Finance, Accounting and Python at San Francisco State University's Tutoring & Academic Support Center, where I focus on undergraduate tutoring. Scratch player. Played varsity high school while ranking as a top 100 junior golfer in California. As an adult, won some city championships as well. Most importantly, golf has been a great way to have fun and meet people and keep friends on the course. Whether you’re trying to go competitive or just play well enough to keep up with your colleagues, we can get you to that level. Golf is hard, but with a simple understanding of the swing and the golf club, you can learn to play decent golf.

Hi, I'm Eric, and I grew up playing golf in the SF Bay Area over 40 years ago. I have a passion and true love for the game ever since I set foot on my first golf course at age 9. I have played in local tournaments and played golf competitively for several years. I have lots of patience, I'm laid back, and I really enjoy teaching. I work with all ages and skill levels. Former All-city athlete in AAA and WCAL, currently a personal trainer with focus on youth athletes and adults. Two years interning as an assistant coach for high school varsity football. Experience working with kids and Teens and overall great knowledge and communication skills. In 4-6 parents can expect there players to be faster, quicker and have more football knowledge than then players there age.

Russ is an experienced coach with over 25 years of leading athletes at the high school and youth levels. As a player, he spent two years competing in college after three standout years on his high school varsity team, where he helped capture a state championship and two league titles. His coaching career includes 25 years of high school varsity and JV football, as well as five years in Pop Warner. Currently, Russ brings his leadership and passion for the game to coaching high school boys flag football, where he continues to mentor and inspire student-athletes.

With three decades immersed in lacrosse, I bring a wealth of experience to every session. My passion lies in fostering both skill development and a deep love for the game. I strive to create a supportive environment where players can thrive and reach their full potential.

He explained what my daughter is good at, what she needs to work on, and how she can improve in a clear concise manner. For every skill, he taught her “why” a certain move in a specific form is important in a game, which I think only an experienced coach like Coach Allen can do. We live far from San Ramon, but we feel it’s worth travelling there to receive a high quality lesson from Coach Allen.
