I have experience coaching athletes of all ages, from young juniors, to senior adults. Sensitive to kids who have special needs. I have done summer/winter camps, adult cardio class, doubles clinics. I have even done kids tennis themed birthday parties. Singles and doubles tactical play for sectional, HS , college league play. Whether needing to increase your UTR, NTRP rating, tryout for your HS and/or college team or you just want to rally with family and friends and have fun. I can help. My passion lies in training players for competitive play while ensuring we have fun on the court. I specialize in training all aspects of the Serve. I help players develop the serve into desired weapon and lessen anxiety. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned competitor, I'm here for your hitting sessions and match preparation. Hi, I’m Coach Frida Monsalvo I’m a former Division 1 soccer player, All-American, and SCC Defensive Player of the Year with a degree in Kinesiology and a deep passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. I currently serve as the Head Girls’ Soccer Coach at Glen A. Wilson High School and as an Assistant Coach for the Mt. SAC Women’s Soccer Program.
