My yoga journey began nearly 25 years ago. Practicing yoga made me feel strong, connected and empowered, both physically and mentally. I earned my YT 200 certification in 2018 and I’ve continued to share my passion for Yoga with others. In 2023, I earned my Yin yoga certification and continue to educate myself in the field. I am dedicated to helping students discover the healing power of Yoga beyond breath and movement. My motto – begin, the rest is easy.

For two decades, I've nurtured tennis skills in players of all levels. My experience as a collegiate player enriches my coaching, ensuring a fun yet challenging environment. I'm dedicated to helping you reach your full potential on the court.
