As a D1 All-American with two decades of softball expertise, I'm dedicated to fostering player growth and skill refinement. My coaching emphasizes both fundamental techniques and strategic gameplay. I strive to cultivate a supportive and enjoyable learning environment for all athletes.

I am an experienced, positive, results-driven English language arts tutor who can help students improve their grades in English class as well as increase their confidence in their reading and writing abilities. I can assist anyone who is learning English as a second language, including adults. For high school seniors, I can coach them to write impactful, memorable college application essays. I use several online platforms while on one-on-one Zoom meetings with my students. I have a teaching credential (English) and over 25 years of experience as an ELA classroom teacher and self-employed tutor. I earned my bachelor's degree in Education and majored in language arts, finishing with Latin honors (magna cum laude). I have 5 years worth of teaching experience and am passionate about teaching students to express themselves clearly and creatively. I have taught in the Philippines and in Indonesia. I am currently leading after-school programs in the US.

I’ve taught several people so far, I’ve surfed for over 20 years. I have a go with the flow kind style. I want to know what I am working with so I’m going to have the student practice there pop up on the beach. Check them on what they should work on and then advance.
