As a former top 30 PPA pro, I bring a unique perspective and wealth of knowledge to every session. A current 6.0 Dupr player with wins against top 10 players in the world. Five years ago, during the pandemic, I began playing pickleball regularly, quickly falling in love with the sport. Over the past two years, I've immersed myself in the game, playing, drilling, and competing in tournaments up to four times per week. While unofficially coaching beginners during this time, my passion for pickleball has grown immensely, driving me to train towards becoming a senior pickleball professional. Currently rated around 4.1 on the DUPR rating scale, I actively participate in advanced tournaments, aiming to elevate my skills further on the path to achieving my professional goals. As a medical doctor, I see pickleball as embodying the values of health, happiness, and community, and I'm eager to share these aspects of the game with others.

I started playing pickleball 3 years ago and I play almost every day in advanced level open play and ladder sessions. I’ve learned a lot about what it takes to go from not knowing how to play to being a solid pickup player who can play in advanced level games. I still know exactly what it’s like to be a brand new beginner and trying to figure out the game especially all the rules. My coaching style is easygoing and I try to keep the lessons light hearted so everyone feels welcome and comfortable. I like to use a mix of drills and gameplay with real time instruction and feedback during my lessons. A group of 3 or 4 students makes for a great class because I can play a doubles game with you while teaching you how the game works. I can also advise you on equipment, where to play, what apps to download to find games and leagues, etc. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

"Alright, my recent lesson with Liubov was quite helpful, especially since she pointed out specific details about my stroke that I hadn’t really paid attention to before. Though I still need to work on landing the ball more consistently, I felt like I made some steady progress. Still, I’m optimistic she’ll help me improve further over time. It’s clear she knows her stuff and guides with a calm, measured approach. If you're looking to get more precise with your game, I’d say you should give Liubov a try.

I started playing pickleball in 2014 and have been successful in local tournament play events. Due to my early experience, I started the pickleball program at my local tennis club in Scripps Ranch as it increased from 2 to 4 to 8 pickleball courts. From there, with the help of the tennis pro, we started with large groups (30 -40 players) for pickleball training sessions years ago until interrupted by the Covid pandemic. We were able to start training again in 2023 with our current expanded player base. For the last few years, I have continued with private training sessions at local recreation areas, parks and at résidences.

"My son has been training with Taylor for 2 months now and he has taught him so much! Using proper form and helping him become a better athlete.

I have been coaching since 2018 I have been doing private 1 on 1 sessions and small group training for boys and girls aging from age 6 to current college athletes. I have the ability and skills to coach all ages in all positions I have coached athletes in Southern California as well as the DMV area. My main focus during training is to identify deficiencies in the athletes game to help them be a more complete player as well as help grow their strengths. Soccer is a beautiful sport and I enjoy passing on my skills and expertise down to the next generation of players to help them grow into their potential as well as continue helping them see the beauty of the game.
