My coaching philosophy emphasizes building a strong foundation, developing skills, and fostering a love for the sport. I’ve grown with the game so I consider my teaching to be Dynamic, emphasis on footwork, power, human genetics and create a mental preparation of the game of baseball. I’ve coached at every level the youth has to offer, developmental to the nationally elite. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chicano Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, where I developed a strong commitment to educational equity and student advocacy. My professional experience includes working with foster youth, transfer students, and first-generation college students.
