I'm Markus, a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with over 14 years of training experience. I specialize in helping busy adults lose body fat, build lean muscle, and improve their confidence through personalized training and nutrition coaching. As a former firefighter and construction worker, I understand how challenging it can be to prioritize fitness while balancing work, family, and everyday responsibilities.

I built my surfing foundation through Junior Lifeguards, wrestling, 24hr ocean/cliff rescue and time with shredder friends. With 33 years of dedicated practice, I now coach surfers of all levels, sharing techniques, insights, challenges and unique awareness the surf breaks demand. I've also used CAD to design next-gen surfboard fins. These airfoil-based, winged fins generate more thrust and lift, making surfing easier and more controlled for beginners while unlocking radical lines for experts.

At Chabot College I was a tutor for the Chemistry Club for 2 years and helped in both Biology and Chemistry Courses.
