With two years of baseball coaching experience, I specialize in fundamentals and skill development. I am dedicated to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, ensuring athletes reach their full potential while enjoying the sport.

I have been playing pickleball since 2005, and I have been competitively participating in Pickleball tournaments since 2015. I have played throughout the United States including; Arizona, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Minnesota, North Carolina, Florida and throughout California. In addition, I have been teaching and coaching for over five years. I have also created and run, as Tournament Director, eight pickleball tournaments for The United Way.

Fueled from a life long passion for racquet sports including playing for UC Irvine tennis 1986-1990, I became a dedicated pickleball enthusiast in January 2021. I started at over 190 lbs and currently am at 160 lbs and in the best shape I have been for the last 20+ years, so I know the benefits of pickleball. Not to mention the wide array of good friends I have made over the years. I currently compete at the Senior Pro level and my DUPR rating is over 5.0 in both singles and doubles. I work with all levels of pickleball players and have coached students now competing at the professional level. I am an IPTPA certified instructor and my teaching philosophy is not just about how to swing the paddle, but teaching the art of pickleball - strategy, spins, footwork, and how to get the most out of your game.

4.0 player in High School. I went to State Championships in Doubles. Now I am not as good but I can definitely teach beginners and anyone looking to become 3.0, 3.5, 4.0. I have 4 years experience coaching Soccer so I am familiar with coaching all levels. Also - this will likely be the cheapest teacher you can find.
