I’m a multi-instrumentalist, and have a decade of experience performing, educating, and developing musicians. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Classical Guitar Performance and pursuing a Master’s in Music Industry at USC. I’ve taught guitar, bass, ukulele, piano, drum set, violin, viola, and cello, managed tours, and produced shows, and founded Superior Sounds Music in 2022.

Hi, I’m Shawn Naseri, a professional surf instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience in Los Angeles. I specialize in safe, fun, and personalized surf lessons for kids and adults of all skill levels. My goal is to build confidence in the ocean while teaching proper technique and ocean safety. I look forward to helping you catch your first wave or improve your surfing skills.

I have extensive experience as a private surf coach in Southern California and in Central Florida. I am an Orange County California native who has been surfing since grade school and can teach all levels, from beginners who have never surfed before to intermediate surfers who are looking to hone their skills. I am fully certified as an advanced Lifesaver (with all the requisite knowledge) and worked as a junior lifeguard in Orange County when I was in high school and college.
