I've also played at the highest level and am a Pan Pacific and Australian Masters champion in both singles and doubles and a recent winner of the Oregon senior games. Now residing in L.A. I bring a wealth of expertise tailored for everyone - from absolute beginners to seasoned pros. I'm a Certified PTR Professional Coach and very passionate about this amazing game. I’ve been surfing since I was 4 years old, and for the past 18 years I’ve been sharing my passion by teaching people of all ages how to surf. As a former professional surfer, I combine experience, technique, and a love for the ocean in every lesson. My specialty is teaching children, but I also coach beginners and advanced surfers through in-water instruction and personalized video analysis to help them improve their skills and confidence.

Timothy Galvan has been playing golf for over 30 years. He attended and graduated Hawaii Pacific University on a golf scholarship in 2009. While there, he took on a leadership role as the Head Coach for the University’s men’s team. While attending school Timothy worked for the K’oalau Golf Course as an Assistant Professional. He gained experience in course management and all things operations; K’oalau is also where he began his teaching career. Timothy turned professional after graduating college in 2009 and has competed on tours all over the world. In 2015 Timothy shifted his focus to player development and private coaching. He has focused on cultivating a high-end clientele base and turning weekend golfers into confident athletes. He helps people take their love for golf and become the best golfer that they can be. Timothy is excited to be a part of the Calabasas Country Club team as their Director of Golf Instrucon. He brings with him over a decade of experience and a lifetime of passion, with a hunger to create lasting experiences.
