My training blends high-performance conditioning with injury prevention, drawing from years of working directly with collegiate athletic trainers. Whether you want to elevate your soccer skills, boost speed and agility, or build foundational strength and mobility, I design custom programs to help you progress safely and crush your goals!

Baseball is my first love. I’m 30 years old, but I’ve been obsessed with the game for 24 years. My favorite thing about baseball is the situational awareness needed to succeed, the high IQ, and the strategy. Growing up, I had so many great coaches in travel, little league, and high school. I went to camps with professional athletes that emphasized fundamental and technical soundness merged with baseball intelligence. I suffered an injury and had to stop playing competitively, but I’d love to help teach the fundamentals and the strategy to have an edge in this beautiful game.

Skateboarding for all ages, identities, and abilities! Hi! My name is Daizsha and I have been coaching skateboarding for 8 + years and study/have a degree in Human Development & Family Studies. I deeply enjoy coaching not only technical skill development/ safety-focused progressions but also social-emotional skills, regulation tools, and mindset positivity. I am a competitive tennis player, coach, and student leader with extensive experience on and off the court, as well as in mentorship roles. I graduated from Weil Tennis Academy & Preparatory School in Ojai, California, and J.K. Mullen High School in Denver, Colorado, where I maintained a 4.0 GPA while balancing rigorous academics, leadership positions, and competitive tennis.
