I deeply enjoy coaching not only technical skill development/ safety-focused progressions but also social-emotional skills, regulation tools, and mindset positivity. It is important that my students feel supported in their growth in all ways and within their own timeline of progression.

I am a former collegiate athlete with a deep passion for coaching and inspiring the next generation through sports. I began coaching in 2025 after a five-year break from lacrosse following college. I currently serve as Head JV Coach and Varsity Offensive Coordinator at Lewis-Palmer High School as well as coaching Club with Buffalo Lacrosse. My focus is helping athletes grow both on and off the field through skill development, accountability, and confidence. As a former Division II midfielder, I bring high-level offensive experience and a passion for preparing players for the next level.
