My training blends high-performance conditioning with injury prevention, drawing from years of working directly with collegiate athletic trainers. Whether you want to elevate your soccer skills, boost speed and agility, or build foundational strength and mobility, I design custom programs to help you progress safely and crush your goals!

Fueled by a lifelong passion for soccer, I bring 14 years of playing experience and high-level training to every session. I’ve trained with pro athletes and coaches and compete alongside D1 players from my club team while working towards the level myself. I have coached ages 5-14, focusing on ball mastery, shooting, speed, and confidence. First lessons assesses strength and clear goals in a positive, high energy environment.

I’m an English major turned information scientist with ten years of teaching under my belt. I’ve tutored everyone from elementary school to college, and I’ve formally taught high school and all ages of college student. I emphasize hands-on learning and pursuing personal interest in combination with curricula. My strengths are in literature, history, and data gathering and analysis for both quantitative and qualitative methods!

PPR Level 1 certified pickleball coach looking to transition from golf to pickleball. I taught hundreds of kids, ranging from 5-year-olds to teenagers, the basics of golf and the golf swing while at the First Tee of the Rocky Mountains and as the girls' golf coach at Lakewood High School. I can teach the basics of pickleball, including strategies and a wide variety of shots (dinks, resets, serves, service returns, 3rd shot drops, drips, drives, two-handed backhand).
