Certified in Mental Health First Aid, Youth Mental Health First Aid, SafeSport, CPR/AED and First Aid. I help clients strengthen mindset, manage stress, overcome obstacles and achieve meaningful personal and professional success.

I am a current D1/D2 Men's Volleyball at Catawba College. I have played volleyball for 8 years and coached for 2. I specialize in fundamentals and offensive play. I am eager to coach and grow the volleyball community in the Denver Metro area. I am open to coaching any level and hope to improve your game!

Teaching has been in my bloodline for at least three generations and I feel honored to carry the torch onward as a language instructor. I attended the American School of Rio de Janeiro, where education was bilingual and subjects were taught in both Portuguese and English. I bring over 20 years of softball experience as a collegiate athlete, high school and adult league coach, private instructor, and umpire. I have worked with players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners learning the game to competitive athletes looking to elevate their performance and reach their full potential both on and off the field.

My time competing at the highest collegiate level taught me the value of discipline, strategic thinking, and team culture—foundations I now bring into every coaching opportunity. I focus on building complete athletes by emphasizing fundamentals, game IQ, and character. Whether working with beginners or advanced players, my goal is to foster growth, confidence, and a love for the sport.
