As a flexible teach me pro, I'm committed to guiding you through the essential skills of the game. In our sessions, we'll focus on enhancing your serves as we practice serving back and forth. With emphasis on self-growth and mastery, I coach and instruct with a dual goal of building the athlete and the individual as a whole; including self-mastery, overcoming self-doubt, fears, negative self talk, obstacles and physical challenges. I currently privately train my young athletes on a one to one basis and in small group. As a multi-sport athlete and life-long advocate of all things health and fitness related, I believe in practicing what I preach. The greatest example to my clients is to model the traits and behaviors they can admire. To this day, I brim with energy and positivity and want to continue bringing this to the coaching position.
