I am a current D1 Hockey Player at Brown University, looking to share my passion and love for the game with players of all skill levels and ages here in South Florida. Prior coaching experience at Hank Levin Hockey School on Long Island, NY, and at battle ready hockey camp here in Florida Will help players develop key skills in skating, puck handling, shooting, and critical thinking on the ice to equip them with tools needed to be at there best.

I have went over a radical health transformation 10 years ago when I moved to Miami, Florida, quitting alcohol, nightlife, cigarettes and dropped 30 pounds, through developing a daily holistic health routine including breathwork, meditation, strength training, running, swimming, yoga, prayer, water fasting etc. I am also an author of two books. Ever since, my purpose is to help people find their purpose, and incorporate a healthy lifestyle, eliminate stress, lose weight, and anything wellness.

I am a professional drummer and instructor with 20 years of experience. I have toured all over the world, and I have instructed drummers of all ages. I can take your playing to the next level through cohesive instruction that actually produces results.
