Hi hello, I’m Coach John Wilkins. I’m from St Thomas USVI. I’m the Former number #1 player from the US Virgin Islands, top 3 Caribbean. ATP tour 1991-1993. USVI Davis Cup both as a player and Captain. Youngest college coach to sweep a national championship with 7 National Champions and 9 All Americans, top 100 schools in the nation. Trained and developed from scratch Numerous number #1’s in the nation, ATP&WTA players with SpotSportsTraining using patented training tools.

With over 7 years of experience and a lifelong passion for lacrosse, I’m dedicated to helping athletes elevate their game and grow both on and off the field. I’ve had the privilege of playing at the NCAA level, finding success on both offense and defense—an experience that gave me a well-rounded understanding of the game and what it takes to compete at a high level. My coaching philosophy is centered around building winning habits that translate into success not just during competition, but in life. Whether you’re new to the sport or looking to take your skills to the next level, my goal is to provide personalized, high-quality training that inspires confidence, discipline, and love for the game. I specialize in pitching mechanics, velocity development, arm care, command, mental preparation and game strategy. I work with athletes of all ages and skill levels. My goal is to help every player build confidence, improve faster and enjoy the game while developing championship- level habits.

I have played and coached baseball my entire life. My experience ranges in baseball, strength and conditioning and sports performance giving your athlete the opportunity to develop overall to the best of their abilities. I have worked with Youth to high school athletes preparing them both mental and physically. They will learn when and how to use the skills they've learn to prepare them for the game ahead. For over three decades, I've been passionately immersed in the world of baseball, not just as a fan, but as a certified umpire. My goal is to instill a deep understanding and appreciation for the rules, ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for all. I was working in Venezuela profesional league about 20 years also worked for Venezuelan Umpire Camp like an Umpire instructor . My goals is you get all skill and and ability to work on the field. You gonna learn step by step all belon in umpire carrer.

Hands on coach with over 18 years of experience teaching kids ages 5-13 years old the proper way to play the game. Currently Running a baseball academy for 15 years ages 4-13, helping hundreds of kids in their growth and development. I’m a student of the game and would love to expand my influence to kids willing to learn.

For over 25 years, I've cultivated a passion for baseball in players of all levels. My coaching emphasizes fundamentals and strategic thinking, while keeping training fun and engaging. I strive to unlock each player's full potential, on and off the field.

Growing up in Brooklyn, New York, Jordan developed a passion for baseball at an early age while being surrounded by the game in professional clubhouses throughout his childhood. A standout player in New York City, he earned NYC All-City honors during his senior year of high school before continuing his academic and athletic career at University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where he majored in Kinesiology. Jordan’s collegiate playing career was unfortunately cut short due to a torn UCL that resulted in multiple elbow surgeries. Following his playing career, he transitioned into coaching and player development, bringing both firsthand playing experience and a strong understanding of movement, performance, and athlete development to his coaching style. Over the past several years, Jordan has coached at both the collegiate and youth levels, including multiple seasons at Monroe College in New York. He currently serves as a Hitting and Fielding Instructor at Dynamic Baseball Performance in Miami, Florida, where he works with athletes of all skill levels to develop more efficient swings, improve defensive skills, and maximize on-field performance through individualized, evidence-based training. Additionally, Jordan holds multiple industry-recognized certifications in player development and performance training. He is certified through Driveline Baseball in the Foundations of Hitting, Pitching, and Strength Training, as well as certified in both Rapsodo Hitting and Pitching. He also holds USA Baseball A, B, and C coaching certifications. These credentials reflect his commitment to continuing education, data-driven player development, and providing athletes with modern, evidence-based training methods.
