My journey with yoga began 20 years ago and what started as a personal practice gradually became a way of living and path that has profundly shaped my life. I specialize in breathwork, meditation, Yoga nidra and stress management. I have been swimming since I was 4 years old and have competed for over 20 years. I started teaching swimming lessons at the age of 16 and have experience working with swimmers of all ages, from toddlers to adults, helping beginners learn how to swim and coaching competitive athletes to improve their technique and performance. Throughout my swimming career, I competed in national and South American championships, won multiple medals and trophies.
