Practicing yoga since the age of 15 and certified as an RYT at 18, I have spent the past several years sharing my passion for yoga both on and off the mat. Trained in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, my teaching blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and self-inquiry to help students cultivate a deeper connection with themselves. I believe yoga extends far beyond physical postures it is a lifelong practice of presence, growth, and coming home to who we are.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Dr. Suarez brings empathy and educational expertise, which are essential to effective teaching. Thanks to her background in teaching ESL and Spanish, she can help students to break the language barriers. As a VPK paraprofessional, Dr. Suarez has prepared preschoolers for kindergarten and beyond.
