I’m Coach James, a dedicated soccer player, coach, and certified personal trainer with over 13 years of experience competing at the highest levels. My journey began in competitive clubs and academies, where I developed my passion and skills for the game. I excelled in high school varsity soccer and was honored to represent Florida on the ODP State Team and Region 3 Team on a national scale. My hard work paid off when I was recruited to play NCAA Division 1 soccer, further sharpening my competitive edge. Soon after, with the hunger for more, I made the decision to move to Europe first arriving and playing in France, Denmark and then finally; Spain. I continued to live and play professionally in Spain for 3 years until moving back to Florida to continue my career both as a high level player and coach. With over 100+ satisfied clients, whether you’re a beginner or aspiring college or pro athlete, I’m committed to helping you reach your goals and unlock your full potential on and off the field!

Hello, I am a personal trainer, with focus in nutrition, daily living and weight loss. I also train runners.

I have went over a radical health transformation 10 years ago when I moved to Miami, Florida, quitting alcohol, nightlife, cigarettes and dropped 30 pounds, through developing a daily holistic health routine including breathwork, meditation, strength training, running, swimming, yoga, prayer, water fasting etc. I am also an author of two books. Ever since, my purpose is to help people find their purpose, and incorporate a healthy lifestyle, eliminate stress, lose weight, and anything wellness.

I have coached middle, high school and college basketball players. I have coached players from all levels. My Boston Prep AAU team had D1, D2 and D3 players. I have “Coach of the Year” awards in the City of Boston and NYC. I won the New England college Coach of the Year and my first team was the Most Improved College team in New England College Basketball. I help you develop a championship mindset, habits and skills on the offensive and defensive. Special attention given to your Bball IQ.

Professional BMX Coach with 10+ years of experience and a 12-year elite racing career, including 8+ years on the National Team. Specialized in 1-on-1 training for children with special needs, creating personalized programs that build confidence, skills, and independence. Since moving to the U.S., achieved 3 Florida State Championships coaching elite athletes, including Olympian Ramiro Marino and Pan American rider Mariana Díaz.

I have over 7 years of experience as a Personall Trainer and Group Fitness instructor. I enjoy helpinh people improve their strength, mobility, confidence, and overall health.
