I have an M.A. in teaching ESL and have taught English for 6 years. I have been an educator for 19 years. I teach all skill levels of English from beginner to people studying professional vocabulary for work. I have also taught all ages. To really understand how people learn English, you must know how different people learn at different levels.

Music has been a part of my life since I was 3 years old. With 24 years of experience studying piano, violin, and art, I bring creativity and patience to every lesson. I love helping students express themselves through music while developing strong technique and confidence. I have a background in bioengineering and laboratory science, with experience mentoring peers, training new team members, and helping others build confidence in technical subjects. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and tailored to each individual's goals and learning style. I enjoy working with students of all experience levels and focus on breaking down complex concepts into clear, practical steps that make learning engaging and approachable.

I played soccer recreationally in weekend leagues for 10 years, coached my son for six and rose to advanced AYSO coach and a member of the AYSO Evanston board before stepping way from the game. I have since returned, passing the IHSA coaching course in 2025 and working with Super Soccer Stars as a coach and assistant coach, teaching children ages 5-12.

Teaching coaching Racquet sports for over two decades. Competed in and medaled in dozens of high-level PPA, APP, USA, and Mlp as well as set up multiple events in Pickleball. I currently run a Country Club Picklball program and have a next generation or junior Pickleball camp and adult camps in programs. I also set up inter club matches as well as social events bachelor parties kids to adult birthday parties in corporate events. I’m also a certified Yoga fitness instructor.

I have a B. A in Psychology, I am a Certified Recovery Support Specialist, Youth & Adult Mental Health Aider, CPR/First Aid. I have been a tutor for 3 years, specifically in topics of Elementary Reading and Math from Pre-K-5th grade, but I can assist with other subjects provided the focus area the assistance is needed. I have also been an after school instructor for cooking and steam classes. I enjoy helping children gain confidence in knowledge to progress in academics and life journey.
