As a licensed Health & PE teacher, former collegiate defensive back, and experienced football coach, I’m passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential both on and off the field. I specialize in working with athletes ages 10–17, providing instruction in youth football, flag football, defensive back development, football fundamentals, and speed and agility training. Girls flag football is one of my specialties, and I take pride in helping female athletes develop the skills, confidence, and football IQ to compete at a high level. Whether you’re just getting started or preparing for your next season, every lesson is tailored to your goals, experience, and position. My name is Alok and I am a local Ellicott City tennis coach with over 40 years of playing experience and over 10 years of teaching experience! I have a deep knowledge of tennis and can also help advanced players with flawless stroke techniques, deep analysis, advanced footwork and tennis exercises. I began playing tennis before I could walk. By age 11 I competed year-round in the Texas Junior Circuit. From age 9 to 13 I was coached by the greats John Wilkerson and Edgar Arnold and was on track to begin competing nationally by age 14. I have competed in tennis, football, and baseball at the collegiate, and professional levels for the majority of my life.
