Specializing in skill development, shooting, ball handling, footwork, decision-making, and game IQ. I create position-specific workouts that translate directly to game performance. I've worked with players of all ages, helping them improve confidence, fundamentals, and overall performance on the court while emphasizing discipline, consistency, and professionalism.

Basketball has been my passion for as long as I can remember. My coaching style is built on energy, accountability, teamwork, and helping players grow both on and off the court. I believe truly great basketball players work on their game smarts, not just their physical skills. Developing players who know what to do in all situations. Becoming a head basketball coach has always been my dream job, because if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.

Over the past 15 years, my focus has been on coaching functional fitness to improve balance, strength, and coordination for clients of various ages including those aged 55+ and older. I have practiced resistance training to develop muscular strength without the use of excessively heavy loads. Lenny has successfully addressed injuries through functional therapy, thus avoiding the need for drugs and surgery. He is also an active endurance athlete, with 29 years of competitive experience.

My dedication to ice hockey stems from a lifelong passion for the sport. My career was cut short due to injuries and I’d love to help the next generation accomplish the dreams I could not.
