"Rosie met with me 3 months before I participated in the Greg Adam’s E-Race Stigma. This race was really important for me an I struggle with my mental health and was worried I wouldn’t go through with it. She met with me prior to the race and we went over past experiences and what outcome I wanted to achieve. During the first interactions we were able to create an individualized plan to help me stay motivated and keep me accountable. Rosie’s coaching not only helped me finish the race but she was able to do it with me. I highly recommend her coaching as it felt very personable.
