Positive Energy Driven Fitness Lessons. The training focus on 3 targets: Sprints, Calisthenics and Core. Ideally, these are 2-3 workouts per week to get you started on the lifestyle you deserve. I do believe in strong accountability that leads to a great workout. No workout will be dull. You will also have first access to my 66 day Fitness Challenge that will give you sustainable results and sustainable mindset.

I have lived and taught English, French and Italian in various places throughout the world. My life's passion is language and culture and the transmitting of it to others. I strive to be a positive role model for students, showing them understanding and compassion, making each and everyone feel like unique individuals who are important to society. I have had experience with all levels of language and all ages; from preschool to adults. I have taught in public schools, as well as private.

For two decades, I've cultivated basketball skills in players of all levels. My experience focuses on fundamental mastery and strategic gameplay, fostering both confidence and sportsmanship. I am currently a college baseball player entering my senior year at Saint Elizabeth University but began my college career at Kean University as a freshman student athlete. Baseball has been a major part of my life since I was 5 years old, and I developed years of experience. My coaching philosophy centers on personalized development, fostering a positive learning environment where athletes can excel.

Been training martial arts boxing, and Muay Thai 20 years experiences, hands-on pro fighters and amateur ..! I have different experiences. I’m good at soccer baseball basketball handball surfing and many more things I’m very athletic.
