Tennis has been my passion all my life.My dedication to tennis extends beyond the court, with 28 years of tennis coaching experience and a professional athletic background, I offer personalized coaching to elevate your game, focusing on skill development and strategic thinking. Let's work together to unlock your full potential on the court!. I have played in ITF's and trained a player reaching US Open juniors. Trained lots of players reaching the top in USTA Eastern section consistently over the years. Extremely good with Technical development, game based approach to help players learn the art of playing the points. Been a coach at Columbia University Tennis center for over 15+ years. Been a Varsity Head coach for both boys and girls tennis teams in an Ivy league preparatory school (Fieldston High School)in Manhattan,NYC. Worked across various clubs and academies in and around NYC for over 15+ years.

Hi, my name is Maia and I have over six years of teaching students how to swim and in coaching students on swim teams. Currently, I work with several students teaching private lessons. I work with toddlers through adults from novice to skilled! I am available to come to you at your pool or a pool in your area on weekends! Let me know if this will work for you! Positive Energy Driven Fitness Lessons. The training focus on 3 targets: Sprints, Calisthenics and Core. Ideally, these are 2-3 workouts per week to get you started on the lifestyle you deserve. I do believe in strong accountability that leads to a great workout. No workout will be dull. You will also have first access to my 66 day Fitness Challenge that will give you sustainable results and sustainable mindset.

Michele's journey into pickleball began in 2017, driven by her preparation for the US Transplant Games the following year. Instantly enamored with the sport, she delved deep, earning both PPR Coach and IFP Instructor certifications in 2019 followed by RPO certification in 2025. As a dedicated Youth Pickleball Provider (YPP) with USA Pickleball, Michele's joy lies in coaching enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels, fostering a love for pickleball within her community.

Born in China and I came to the US when I was 15. I joined local swim team in Beijing when I was 7, I won 6 first place in regional competition when I was 12. I started playing basketball at 13, at the same time, I was recommended by middle school coach to run track, 100 meter, 200 meter, 300 hurdle, 4x100 and 4x400. In 2018 I was in the state meet competing. I was not the most physically gifted runner so I had to study the forms, techniques. I love the game of basketball and I experienced basketball from both cultures. I played JV in middle school and Varsity in High school, I played shooting guard position. Being not the most physically gifted, I had to work extra hard on my skills, understanding the game. I truly believe coaching track, swimming, basketball or any sports is bigger/more than just teaching youngsters the skills, it’s about life, lessons we learn from playing sports, spending time and energy to understand each other and one self. With 14 years of basketball instruction, I cultivate skills and passion on the court. I provide tailored coaching and unlock player potential through expert guidance and personalized training. I foster a positive and focused environment.
