Born in China and I came to the US when I was 15. I joined local swim team in Beijing when I was 7, I won 6 first place in regional competition when I was 12. I started playing basketball at 13, at the same time, I was recommended by middle school coach to run track, 100 meter, 200 meter, 300 hurdle, 4x100 and 4x400. In 2018 I was in the state meet competing. I was not the most physically gifted runner so I had to study the forms, techniques. I love the game of basketball and I experienced basketball from both cultures. I played JV in middle school and Varsity in High school, I played shooting guard position. Being not the most physically gifted, I had to work extra hard on my skills, understanding the game. I truly believe coaching track, swimming, basketball or any sports is bigger/more than just teaching youngsters the skills, it’s about life, lessons we learn from playing sports, spending time and energy to understand each other and one self. With 14 years of basketball instruction, I cultivate skills and passion on the court. I provide tailored coaching and unlock player potential through expert guidance and personalized training. My name is Josh Adelsberg and I have been a dedicated soccer player for practically my whole life. After completing my high school career and while continuing recreational play in college, I plan to stay involved with the sport by spreading my knowledge and experience to all those who want to learn. I started my career at PSA as the captain of my team and transitioned into high school soccer where I played 4 years on varsity. Through that time, I developed many connections in the amateur and professional soccer world. My coaching philosophy starts with understanding a player's needs by both watching and listening to them. Coaching is both about giving my personal, experienced opinion as well as listening to the wants of the player. It is important to not only have short-term goals set at the beginning of any session, but also long-term goals for the future.

I am a professional pitcher and former NCAA Division I student athlete at NYU and Fordham. I am a Northwoods League All-Star and Cape Cod League champion and built my career defined by competitiveness, durability, and performance. I continue to compete professionally, bringing a proven track record of success at every level and a relentless commitment to developing my craft on and off the field.

Current 27 year old Left Handed Pitcher, formerly with the Philadelphia Phillies, and now playing internationally in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. My journey has been quite unique in that I did not believe I would ever play past high school, topping out at 78 MPH on the mound my senior year. I ended up walking on to Lafayette College, a Division 1 program, and then signing with the Phillies just 3 years later. This journey is not easy, and I have seen a lot, and am ready to help you.

I’ve been working with kids k-12 for 12 years now. I played baseball at The College of Saint Rose where I played outfield and second base. I specialize in fielding and fundamental mechanics both on the field and at the plate. Students should expect to gain an understanding of baseball within the first few lessons with me.

With over 13 years of swimming experience, I teach swimmers of all ages, from toddlers to adults. As a USA Swimming Certified Coach, I help swimmers improve technique, build confidence, and develop strong water safety skills. Whether learning the basics or refining advanced strokes, I create a positive, supportive environment that helps each swimmer reach their goals and become more confident in the water.
