I teach meditation from a classical mindfulness and practical approach. I offer patient, tailored instruction and a warm, engaging presence to help students deepen practice and sustain calm. For over two decades I have been teaching meditation to the beginner meditator. Meditation has transformed my life in so many positives personally and as an instructor and I would like to help you learn how to do this ancient practice that bring many lifelong benefits. I offer both in personal and virtual classes.

As a vocal instructor, my passion lies in expanding vocal range, refining control for riffs, runs, and vibrato, helping aspiring singers reach their full potential. Beyond teaching, I'm also recognized as King K.C., a seasoned Afrofusion artist, bringing a unique perspective to vocal training through my professional experience as a performer. Current 27 year old Left Handed Pitcher, formerly with the Philadelphia Phillies, and now playing internationally in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. My journey has been quite unique in that I did not believe I would ever play past high school, topping out at 78 MPH on the mound my senior year. I ended up walking on to Lafayette College, a Division 1 program, and then signing with the Phillies just 3 years later. This journey is not easy, and I have seen a lot, and am ready to help you.

Hi, my name is Jonathan Saraga and I'm a New York City-based trumpeter, flugelhornist, composer, arranger and educator. I’ve been performing, recording, and competing around the world for over two decades, frequenting Canada, the Caribbean, Central America, Europe, Asia, the U.S. My trumpet playing appears in over 230 YouTube videos and on more than 30 albums, including many that are Grammy-nominated or Grammy-winning. My playing, compositions and musical research have also received 35 competitive recognitions from 25 national and international organizations, and my work has engaged with audiences in more than 500 cities across nearly 70 countries and close to 100 universities. My ultimate goal as an educator is to guide you toward the realization of your potential. Our learning environment will nurture a personalized process of self-discovery through my guidance, as opposed to a one-size-fits-all system of dictation for how you should or should not develop and/or perceive material. I see each interaction with a student as a sacred opportunity to help facilitate realization, regardless of magnitude, and I have dedicated myself to refining my abilities as a musician and teacher, to that end. I am confident that through our lessons, I will not only help you become better at hearing, internalizing, and expressing music, but that I will guide you in developing your own personal musical voice and direction.

I started out in 1986 by playing in high school and learning theory and jamming in a jazz improvisation class. Then I moved on to playing in various bands over the years playing metal, punk, and even blues. In 2016, I enrolled at NJCU and stared taking classical guitar lessons as well as taking music education courses as I graduated in 2020 with a degree in Music

Noah is an experienced and passionate educator of music, Specializing in using improvisational approaches as tools to understanding musical concepts. After graduating The New School for Jazz Performance, He has taught at numerous private schools in the New York area and has taught privately for more than 3 years

I am a Northwoods League All-Star and Cape Cod League champion and built my career defined by competitiveness, durability, and performance.
