I have been training martial arts for 33 years. I have been teaching martial arts for 20 years to people of all ages and experience levels. I started in taekwondo when I was 3 years old. I also trained BJJ for 5 years and I have my blue belt. I’ve also competed in local and national BJJ competitions. My main passion is Muay Thai. I have 13 fights! I can help you learn a new skill, while losing weight and burning fat!

Starting with local clinics, leagues, and playing through school, I enjoyed the New Jersey and New York leagues and played five years in the ESFNA tournament for the New York Abay team as a right back. I paused my playing to become a coach, earning my C license and working on my B license with USA Soccer.
