Hello, my name is Omar. I’m a motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) baseball instructor with hands-on experience coaching youth athletes and helping them develop their skills on and off the field. I focus on teaching the fundamentals of baseball—hitting, fielding, throwing, and mechanics—while creating a positive and supportive environment that builds confidence, improves performance, and helps athletes reach their full potential.

As someone who had a major accident resulting in multiple surgeries at age 19, I have learned how to heal and transform my body, and share this work with others. I am certified in and teach bodymind practices such as yoga, pilates, Moving for Life, The Nia Technique and meditation. I am also a Reiki practitioner. In the twenty years that I have been doing this work I have come to believe that, given the right tools, we all have the power to heal and transform our bodies and minds.

Tom McGuire is a hockey coach with over eight years of experience developing players of all ages and skill levels. He has coached youth players through Ice Hockey in Harlem, Learn to Play (LTP), and Learn to Skate (LTS) programs with the New York Islanders, as well as travel hockey with North Park Hockey. Tom also works with adult players from beginner to advanced levels, focusing on skill development, confidence, and growing a passion for the game.

With two decades of baseball experience, I blend time-tested techniques with innovative strategies to elevate every player's game. I'm dedicated to fostering not just skill, but also a genuine love for the sport. I bring experience working alongside the Columbia Baseball team as well as the Cape Cod Baseball League.

Hi, my name is Jonathan Saraga and I'm a New York City-based trumpeter, flugelhornist, composer, arranger and educator.
