I have been training martial arts for 33 years. I have been teaching martial arts for 20 years to people of all ages and experience levels. I started in taekwondo when I was 3 years old. I also trained BJJ for 5 years and I have my blue belt. I’ve also competed in local and national BJJ competitions. My main passion is Muay Thai. I have 13 fights! I can help you learn a new skill, while losing weight and burning fat!

Hi, I’m Jorge! I’ve been playing soccer since I was 4 years old. I played for the youth academy of Once Caldas in Colombia and later played 4 years of varsity soccer in high school. I offer private and group training for players ages 8–18, focusing on dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control, positioning, and game awareness. I’m fluent in English and Spanish and available throughout Fairfield County. My goal is to help players improve their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game.

I've been coaching soccer for 30+ years, as a player, coach, and Director of Coaches for New Haven Youth Soccer (NHYS). I was recently honored as United Soccer Coaches 2025 National Youth Coach of the Year. I've coached youth, high school, premier, and collegiate club teams. My approach is to meet players where they are to build strong technical players with a strong soccer IQ by growing their confidence with the ball from simple to more complex activities.

As someone who had a major accident resulting in multiple surgeries at age 19, I have learned how to heal and transform my body, and share this work with others. I am certified in and teach bodymind practices such as yoga, pilates, Moving for Life, The Nia Technique and meditation. I am also a Reiki practitioner. In the twenty years that I have been doing this work I have come to believe that, given the right tools, we all have the power to heal and transform our bodies and minds.

With six years of playing experience, I tailor each session to your goals, experience, and learning style. We can focus on strokes, form, mechanics, court awareness, strategy, tactics, decision-making, or the mental side of playing with patience and focus. I explain why changes work, demonstrate clearly, and use purposeful drills to help you improve efficiently. My goal is not simply to tell you what to do, but to help you understand your game and become a smarter, more complete player. I teach in person at Chilmark Park in Briarcliff Manor, East Rumbrook Park and Travis Hill Park in White Plains, and Main Street Park Pickleball in Tuckahoe.
