After a decade away, I returned as an adult, reaching 6+ UTR. That journey gives me a unique perspective on what players at every level need. I coach high school freshman girls VB in Raleigh. I also work with younger girls to introduce VB fundamentals. I focus on skill progression, teamwork & game understanding while building athletic confidence in a safe space. I like to adapt my approach to each player, meeting them where they are to take their games to the next best personal level for them. My coaching style is encouraging, development focused & structured. I like to focus on energy, effort & enthusiasm as we execute skills!

Beyond the court, my passion lies in nurturing potential. With 20 years of coaching and a unique background, I bring a creative approach to basketball instruction. My goal is to develop skilled and confident players, on and off the court.
