So I became a certified instructor through the first pickleball organization, The International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association (IPTPA). Hello my name is Alex and I am a local Nashville tennis coach with over 7 years of playing experience! I am also a PTR Certified Tennis Professional. I began playing tennis in middle school with an athletic background. I quickly fell in love with the sport and began training 4 to 6 hours daily. I continued to compete collegiately while majoring in psychology. I have always enjoyed helping others and tennis is a blend of technical, tactical and mental. I use fact-based instruction and psychological strategies to improve my students playing ability and mental game. I have coached tennis for over 3 years including 8 months at Brookhaven Country Club in Dallas, Texas. During my time there, I coached numerous nationally ranked juniors along with early childhood students and adults of all ages and all different skill levels. I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Hi, I'm Lowell King, a rising sophomore at Tulane University and a lifelong soccer player. I played competitive soccer throughout all four years of high school and have experience coaching and working with younger children through my roles as a soccer and gymnastics coach for kids ages 2-14. Nate Brown is an IPTPA Certified Pickleball instructor with a 5.0+ DUPR rating in men's doubles. He has taught dozens of a wide variety of ages and skill levels. Nate loves helping players to maximize their enjoyment of this wonderful sport...working on not just the physical disciplines of pickleball, but the mental game as well.  In 2024, Nate was designated as the Lead Instructor for Apex Pickleball in Murfreesboro, TN. This is his home base for lessons, workshops, and special events.
