I'm Coach Phil, founder of Body By u fit and a women's strength training coach since 2009. I help busy women build strength, lose body fat, improve confidence, and create lastings habits through personalized coaching and structured programs. Whether you'er a beginner, returning after a break or naviating menopause. I'll meet you were you are and guide you every step of the way with proven, results-driven strength training.

As a former UPSL Academy player, I know first hand what it takes to compete at a high level and most importantly, I know how to help players get there. With over 10 years of playing experience, I bring a deep understanding of the game that goes beyond just running drills. I teach players how to think on the field, how to read situations, and how to compete with the kind of effort that WILL get you noticed.

My goal is to challenge the youth through the sport that has immensely impacted my life. I aspire to inspire and enlighten youth about the true essence of playing soccer. With a background in "total football," I believe every player is equally essential. I prioritize communication, movement, pace, and awareness in my players. My coaching style begins with open dialogue and complete respect for the game. I emphasize having fun, academic success, and integrity (sportsmanship) as fundamental principles. With more than 12 years of experience as an educator and basketball coach, I am passionate about developing student-athletes both in the classroom and on the court. My commitment to leadership, mentorship, and performance has been strengthened by earning a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Psychology. I strive to inspire confidence, build character, and help individuals reach their full potential through education, athletics, and positive leadership.

Wayne Campbell is the creator of the Stretch Yoga Therapy Method and owner of Urban Fit Yoga in Houston, Texas. He is a three-time USA National Yoga Champion (2017, 2019, 2020) and a two-time International Yoga Champion (2020, 2022). Wayne specializes in one-on-one coaching to improve flexibility, mobility, alignment, posture, recovery, and overall movement quality. Wayne’s goal is helping clients move better, feel better, and live with less pain. He is also a Certified Bikram Hot Yoga Teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist.

Hi, I’m Cameron! I have a sufficient background in racquet sports. I played racquetball most of my childhood! I then played high school tennis at a high level. I now have transferred to pickleball where I work full time as the lead pickleball pro at lifetime fitness in Houston, TX!
