Roland in 1973 as a 8th grader averaged 25 points a game. Roland is a former basketball player who had a standout high school career at Peoria High School, where he helped lead the team to a championship in 1977. Roland also made the All-Tournament team.He continued his basketball journey at Burlington Junior College in Iowa, where his team finished 8th in the NJCAA Nationals during the 1978-1979 season. Roland then played at Santa Clara University from 1979 to 1980, alongside NBA legend Kurt Rambis, before transferring to Western New Mexico University in Silver City for the 1984-1985 season. Roland is considered a PG/ SG with excellent ball handing skills which can teach your child the fundamentals to improve their overall skills.

Courtney is a former Division 1 player and professional athlete with a wealth of experience in competitive basketball. He currently serves as the Head Coach for AB Elite, an organization led by Anthony Black of the Orlando Magic, where he helps develop young talent. In addition, Courtney is an Assistant Coach at Texas Storm Academy (TACA), where he continues to mentor and guide student-athletes. His background as both a player and coach makes him a skilled leader, committed to elevating the next generation of basketball players.
