In that role, I developed a deep understanding of biomechanics, efficient movement, and explosive power generation. I focus on efficient movement patterns, balance, and optimizing the kinetic chain. I train athletes to: -generate power through sequencing and weight transfer - improve agility, direction change with mechanics -build strokes under pressure, and use football power to pickle movement

Hey! My name is Chandler Jacobs and with a wealth of basketball experience, I am here to help take your game to the next level! I have 5 years of collegiate basketball playing experience, as well as 4 years of professional basketball playing experience, and it is my honor to use the knowledge I have acquired along the way to help you be your best. I aim to challenge, encourage, and cultivate a healthy training environment for children to grow in their skill, confidence, and joy for basketball.

I currently coach at Memorial West Community Club, where I have spent the last few years guiding dedicated regular students. Finished a novella in 1998 titled “Vietnam War Stories” encapsulating Vietnam’s history of violence from ancient times to modern-day Houston, Texas. Published a self-help keepsake journal with novel on-line ledger aspect titled “This Book Now Belongs To” in 2020. I am a firm believer of coaching writing fundamentals and enabling discovery of both a writing voice and untapped creativity.
