Hi, I’m coach Nathan! I’m a certified Swim Instructor, Lifeguard, & Lifeguard Instructor via Red Cross. I’ve taught swim with the City of Dallas, and for private clients almost 4 years now. I absolutely love it! I have experience with all levels (beginner-advanced), and all ages (infant-adult). I’m flexible and will adjust to any water safety and swim lesson goals. With 15 years on the court, my coaching philosophy blends proven techniques with tailored strategies to elevate your game. As an experienced player myself, I bring a deep understanding of tennis. I have coached students age from 6-71, some of the complete beginners have started playing leagues every week. I can help newbies master all needed skills to play matches, both singles and doubles. Each new student is first accessed based on their current skill level, and then provided with an individualized growth plan to become better players. Let's unlock your full potential together.

"I used to be a defensive tackle (DT) in a NCAA football team. When I first started working with coach Howard, I was 5'10" and 245lbs. I was really committed to tennis. Sometimes I'd drive an hour one way for lessons twice during the weekend. I soaked up everything coach Howard taught me, like a sponge, especially working on my serve and return. After about 9 months, coach suggested I start playing locally instead of driving that distance. I jumped right in and started playing in a 2.5 league. Within 15 months of learning from coach Howard, I was down to 200 pounds. I am 180 pounds now.
