Wayne Campbell is the creator of the Stretch Yoga Therapy Method and owner of Urban Fit Yoga in Houston, Texas. He is a three-time USA National Yoga Champion (2017, 2019, 2020) and a two-time International Yoga Champion (2020, 2022). Wayne specializes in one-on-one coaching to improve flexibility, mobility, alignment, posture, recovery, and overall movement quality. Wayne’s goal is helping clients move better, feel better, and live with less pain. He is also a Certified Bikram Hot Yoga Teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist.

I bring over 15 years of football experience, from elite high school competition to collegiate play, and have dedicated my life to mastering the game and mentoring young athletes. I played for Kahuku High School in Hawaii, a program renowned for producing NFL talent, where I developed the discipline, work ethic, and competitive edge that shaped my football journey. Following high school, I competed at a top 5 junior college program, where I was recognized as one of the top 25 recruited safeties in the nation, earning a Division 1-level scholarship and receiving advanced training through elite programs such as DB Tech, under the guidance of Asai Gilman. During this time, I had the opportunity to play alongside long-time friend Alohi Gilman, now a professional athlete with the Baltimore Ravens. Although a cardiac arrest cut my playing career short, my passion for football never wavered. I am now focused on giving back to the next generation, using my experience to mentor, train, and inspire young athletes both on and off the field. My mission is to help kids develop not only their athletic skills but also the leadership, discipline, and resilience required to succeed in football and in life.

I have taught writing at the University of Iowa. I’m currently teaching first year writing at the University of Houston. Students-centered approach is the bedrock of my teaching philosophy. I have done this by motivating my students to try new things with genres, themes, and forms that speak to them by giving priority to their interests, backgrounds, and learning preferences.

My name is Ian and I have roughly 7 years of instructional tennis experience. I recently graduated from William Jewell College in Kansas City, MO, where I played collegiate tennis, and I’m excited to bring my passion for the game to your play. I love working with players of all ages, whether it be young kids playing for the first time or adults advancing their skills. I really enjoy beginner development and helping players learn mechanics, build confidence and fall in love with the sport.
