I am a former professional and collegiate football player with experience across the NFL, CFL, and IFL. I now use that experience to help athletes improve their technique, conditioning, confidence, discipline, and understanding of the game. My coaching style is structured, encouraging, and tailored to each athlete’s position, ability, and goals. Students can expect focused instruction, honest feedback, and practical drills they can apply immediately.

Shaun started In-Phase Training in the summer of 2021, combining his long-time experience as an educator and high school coach with a desire to share his knowledge with a wider audience. With a deep-rooted connection to sports—having played college football and grown up with a father who was a collegiate coach—Shaun has been immersed in athletics his entire life. He knows what it takes to compete at the next level and is passionate about helping athletes succeed, both on the field and in life. With 12 years of high school coaching experience, a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, and certification as a Personal Trainer, Shaun is qualified and deeply committed to his athletes. His motto, "When You Win, We Win," reflects his dedication to the success and growth of every athlete he trains.

Clay is a distinguished athlete and coach with a remarkable track record, having earned two gold and one silver medal with the US All Army team from 1993 to 1995. A celebrated ASA A West National Batting Champion in 2004, he is also a future Hall of Fame candidate. With an impressive history of 12 U National Championships and 14 U State Championships, Clay served as the Head Coach at Oklahoma Wildcat Prep Academy in Oklahoma City, where he continues to inspire and develop young talent in the sport.
