Hello! My name is Karen E. Brady, a health coach and my passionate is helping people with power of whole foods, to live a healthier lifestyle. My own journey with being a Stage IV cancer survivor and perimenopause inspired me to stay healthy and help others do the same. For the last 20+years, I have specialized in guiding clients through personalized nutritional counseling. I’ve also been a pescatarian for over 10 years and have learned to cook healthier meals without meat consumption.

I have been a coach for 29 years. I am currently a high school softball coach and teacher. I have coach baseball and softball for over 20 years. I have trained on the select baseball and softball side as well. I am blessed to coach in a program where we work hard every week and our players all perform at a high level. We are ranked as one of the top high school programs in the state of Texas. I teach all skills related to the game as well as strength and conditioning programs that are related. I coach at East Central High School, we are a 6A-Division 1 program. My responsibilities include building practice schedules for our varsity and junior varsity teams as well as a focus on player development grades 9-12. I call all varsity level game pitches and focus on our program pitching staff. I coach all defensive positions as well as offensive and defensive strategies.

I foster skill development and a lifelong love for soccer. My coaching focuses on technique, strategy, and sportsmanship. I strive to create a fun yet disciplined learning environment.

I coach Quarterbacks, and all positions on the offensive side of the ball. I also coach DBs. Im a players Coach, that mean i think a lot about the Student Athlete well being and health. I put a lot into my Student Athlete, my job is to put the belief of that my Student Athlete can achieve their goals to be the best on and off the field of play.

I am a former NCAA Division III athlete who has experience playing attack and midfield, recording over 100 career points throughout my career. I've also worked as an FCA Lacrosse intern, where I coached 8th-grade girls and spread the Gospel throughout tournaments and camps across the U.S. I am passionate about creating a fun, positive environment where every athlete feels seen, supported, and empowered to grow both on and off the field

I have played competitive soccer for over 14 years, including high level youth soccer with Michigan Lightning and Nationals FC, and three years of varsity soccer with Clarkston High School. After graduating I did spend two seasons assisting with my schools JV team. I specialize in attacking and midfield play and help players improve decision making, passing, movement off the ball, shooting and overall creativity.
